Whisky blends well with Cape Town

We visited the Whisky Live festival in Cape Town this year, and were surprised, and please, to hear that it's the largest whisky festival in the world! Being lovers of local, we have to say that our favourite of the day is distilled right her in the Cape Mountains - Bain's Cape Mountain Whisky.

In addition to general perusings, there were formal tastings (highly popular!) as well as cooking classes to experience whisky and food pairings.

If you're in Durban or Joburg, you still have a chance to attend the festival when they hit your cities in November. Well worth a visit for whisky lovers and learners alike. But we'll let the pics do the talking.
